Privacy notice

Controller: Rhodia Tech, email info@rhodia-tech.com. The legal name, registration code and address will be added when the client provides them. Until then, data requests go to this email.

What we collect

From the form: name, company, country, email, phone, message, subject, page language, and a file if you attach one. An IP address may be stored briefly to limit repeated submissions.

Why

To answer the request: a solution match, a consultation, a quotation, a service estimate, or a distribution conversation. The basis is the consent checkbox. We do not sell the data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who receives it

A message may go to the sales inbox. If Odoo CRM is connected, the same fields create a lead. The file stays on the site host and is not published. The hosting provider processes data as a technical intermediary.

How long

For as long as we correspond and supply against that request, and not more than three years, unless a law or a contract requires longer. You can ask us to correct or delete the data by emailing info@rhodia-tech.com.

Cookies and analytics

The site runs without required advertising cookies. If the client turns on Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager, the tag appears after that. The events we intend to record are a successful form send and a click on email, phone or WhatsApp.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, restrict processing or ask for deletion, within the Law of Ukraine on personal data protection. A complaint can go to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. If you write from the EU or the United States, use the same email: there is no separate EU representative at this stage.
